5. Easy Payment Options: We accept payment by personal check, money order, cashier's check or ACH. You can pay online, by phone or with automatic withdrawal using a bank account.

It is our goal at Trinity Property Group to reach as many people as we can. Our Referral Program rewards individuals who refer new residents to us. Anytime you refer someone to view one of our properties, make sure they list your name on their application.

When anyone you refer signs a lease or a contract with us and moves in

• If you are a Resident with us, we will give you a $100 credit toward your next month's rent.

• If you are not a Resident, we will give you a check for $25.
